ORDERS

Orders ship within 2-3 business days. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is backordered, please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments.

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount.

We only recommend UPS or Fedex when shipping returns, and we are not responsible for uninsured or lost return packages.

 

REPAIR POLICY

We will gladly repair any jewelry design purchased through Susan Hanover Designs.com.
- Less than 6 months after purchase is FREE
- More than 6 months is subject to a minimal repair fee.
